lev gibt einen Makey Makey – Workshop im Common Ground Neukölln für alle von 8 bis 108! Eltern können ihre Kinder mitbringen und ihnen eine Einblick ins Hacking und Making eletronischer Sounds geben. Und jeder nimmt natürlich am Ende des Workshops seinen Makey Makey mit nach Hause.
Tag und Zeit: Am 28. April, 13-17 Uhr. Im Common Groud in der Weisestraße 24, 12049 Berlin.

In diesem Workshop nutzen wir den Makey Makey und die levTools, um wundervolle und ohne Zweifel schräge elektronische Instrumente zu bauen.
Der Makey Makey ist ein äußerst einfach einzusetzender Arduino-Controller, der alles elektrisch leitfähige zu einem Instrument macht.
Die levTools sind ein freies, modulares Toolset für Pure Data, mit dem sehr schnell und unkompliziert einzigartige elektronische Instrumente gebaut werden können.
Kombiniert man beide, hat man einen sehr spaßigen und kreativen Einstieg in die Welt des Making und Hacking, während man außerdem die Grundlagen der digitalen Klangerzeugung und des Designs elektronischer Musikinstrumente entdecken kann. Mit anderen Worten: Hast du Lust, einen abgedrehten Synth zu bauen und ihn dann mit einem Bananenkeyboard zu spielen?
There will be a Makey Makey – Workshop at Common Ground in Neukölln (Weisestraße 24, 12049 Berlin) at April, 28th from 13.00 – 17.00. It’s for everyone from the age of 8 to 108.
Parents can bring their children and introduce them to hacking and making electronic sounds. Naturally, everybody gets to take home his or her own Makey Makey after the workshop.

In this workshop, we’ll use the makey makey and the levTools to build some wonderful and without a doubt weird electronic instruments.
The Makey Makey is a simple arduino based device, that lets you turn everything conductive into a controller.
The levTools are a free, modular toolset for pure data, designed to easily build unique electronic instruments.
This combination allows an easy, fun and creative first step into the world of hacking and making while learning the basics of digital sound synthesis and electronic instrument design. In other words: We could build a wacko synth and then play it with a bunch of bananas.
